Our Spinach Chicken Salad is a favorite among regulars and new-comers alike! Fresh baby spinach tossed in our house made Rosemary Vinaigrette dressing (incidentally, available in bulk) and topped with grilled chicken, tomatoe wedges and hard boiled egg quarters make this simple, yet delicious menu item one of our best sellers. Spinach in general can be a hard sell, so to speak, but give our salad a try and you won’t be disappointed. 

But...have you noticed that spinach can give your teeth a funny, gritty feeling? I was curious as to why and here’s what I’ve found.
