Russell, Patron
Since 1994, Russell has been the owner/operator of ZuZu. In the beginning, ZuZu was a franchise, but soon thereafter Russell purchased the restaurant and has operated this family run business ever since. He loves the family atmosphere at The Zu and he and his wife, Leigh, can often be found circled by his 2 sons, Austin and Dan, 2 grandsons, Owen and Carter, and his daughter-in-law, Annie. His favorite menu item at ZuZu is the BBQ Chicken Taco.
Modesta, Kitchen Manager
A long time employee, Modesta manages the kitchen at The Zu. Her daughter, Daisy, and her son, Abraham also work with her at ZuZu, so the family tradition continues. Her favorite menu item at ZuZu is:
